Return Policy
Once your order has been delivered, it cannot be transferred or revoked.
If you missed reading any of the warranty information and bought an upgrade for an account which cannot be upgraded, you agree to create a new account for it or you will not receive a refund.
Most of the upgrades we provide can be applied to your personal accounts. However, this may be an exception on some services, please read carefully the description of each product before purchasing.
If you lose access to an upgrade by not following the instructions we provide, it is entirely your responsibility and your warranty will be voided.
In some specific upgrades, we use family plan methods, sometimes we need to do account maintenance and we will need to re-add your account to a new family plan. If your account is not applicable to join to our new account, you will need to create a new account to avoid interruption of your service (This has never happened, but it can happen).
In case any company decides to change their prices, the difference will be deducted from the already-filled balance. You won’t be obtaining extra balance in case of a price change.
If you had recent past payments and your account cannot be upgraded you agree to create a new one or no refund will be issued.
Your product is eligible for replacement if any of the following occurs:

Your products do not meet the description under which they were sold.
